When I was a teen, I would’ve given anything to spend a summer in a space like this.

A place filled with music and magic.
With hammock hangs and dance parties.
With aunties who really see you, and certified teen life coaches who hold you with so much care.
A space where your inner light isn’t just welcomed—it’s amplified.

But honestly? As a young girl, I probably wouldn’t have been able to afford something like this.
And that’s exactly why I created it.
That’s why our scholarships matter.
Because every girl deserves a summer glow-up like this one.

This summer’s Co-Love Retreat is more than a camp. It’s the kind of transformational, soul-deep, joy-filled gathering I always longed for—and now, I get to offer it to a whole generation of teen girls (and their coaches) in a way that’s both magical and accessible.

Connection that feels like coming home.
From front porch talks to spontaneous dance parties, we’re creating a space where girls can laugh, feel, rest, and rise—together.

Creative expression everywhere.
From painting to oracle cards, nature walks to book club, we give girls the freedom to explore what lights them up.

A private live concert under the stars.
Yep. We’re bringing in the powerhouse women PAACK and it’s going to be pure magic.

Multigenerational love.
Grandmothers making breakfast. Twin sisters capturing every moment behind the camera. Yoga instructors, artists, athletes and Our team of coaches—all wise, attuned, and full of heart—each showing up with their inner teen right alongside them.

Play, movement, and fun.
Pickleball, basketball, swimming, art, movement, and pure joy. We play hard and rest well.

A village of support.
This retreat is also the live internship experience for our Fall Teen Life Coach Certification cohort—so if you’re curious about stepping into this work, this is the most aligned way to see it in action.
