Why Co-Love Was Born—And Why the World Needs It Now

I never set out to start a movement.
I set out to create a safe space—a space where people, especially young people, could feel seen, supported, and invited to grow without having to perform or prove themselves. A space where healing didn’t feel like a solo mission. Where community was more than just a word. Where coaching wasn’t about fixing people, but about reminding them who they truly are.
That seed became Co-Love.
And Co-Love became something so much bigger than we imagined.
Why Co-Love?
Because too many people—teens, adults, coaches, caregivers—are quietly struggling to feel like they belong anywhere. Because we’ve been taught to hustle for our worth, hide our mess, and try to figure it all out alone.
And that isn’t working.
Co-Love was born from a friendship and a shared vision. Jenni and I had been walking our own healing paths—me through therapy and creativity, her through ancient wisdom and holistic practices. We were both working with people who were yearning for more, not just in their personal lives but in their communities. We kept asking each other the same question:
“Where’s the village?”
Where’s the community where it’s safe to ask for help?
Where are the spaces where wisdom is shared across generations?
Where do we go to rest, to be real, to rise with others?
When we couldn’t find it—we started building it.
Why Now?
Because the world is asking for it.
We’re living in a time of disconnection. Mental health crises are rising. Burnout is normalized. And so many people are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, and unsure of where to turn next.
Especially young people.
We see it in the teens who show up to our retreats unsure of their worth—but leave with their heads high and hearts open. We see it in parents who feel like they’re supposed to have all the answers, when really, they just need a place to exhale. We see it in coaches, educators, creatives, and everyday leaders who want to serve—but are craving support themselves.
Co-Love is here to meet those needs.
Not as a fix, but as a framework for real connection.
Not just a program, but a platform for collective growth.
Not a perfect solution—but a purposeful, soul-rooted response.
Why Collective Love?
Because healing happens best together.
Because self-love is revolutionary—but it can’t stop there.
Because our voices, our stories, and our gifts were never meant to stay small.
At Co-Love, we train life coaches. We host healing retreats. We guide creative workshops. We gather monthly in circles across the country. And soon, we’ll launch a digital publishing membership to hold our collective stories and wisdom. But more than anything, we offer a village. A place to land. A place to rise.
Because no one is meant to do life alone.
Because our collective healing is the way forward.
And because love—real, grounded, active love—is the most powerful force we have.
“Co-Love isn’t just about becoming a coach. It’s about remembering who you are, rising in your truth, and being part of a village where everyone gets to grow.”
If you’re feeling the call to grow, to lead, to reconnect with your voice—or just to belong somewhere real—you’re not too much, not too late, and never alone.
Welcome to Co-Love. The village is real. And it’s waiting for you.
